Body Fluency

💡
Welcome to BodyFluency.net. This website will serve as the central node for all of the materials I create for aspiring Body Fluency practictioners. Expect it to evolve over time. For now, everything is available for free, but that may change in the future. I have yet to determine a business model. For now, my main priority is to simply get the knowledge out of my head. I hope you find this information useful. For questions, email me at idahosa{at}bodyfluency.net. Keep Flowin! - 🌊Idahosa (h is silent….rhymes with “we house a…”)

Sequence

Map Activation

  • 2 muscles per section

Part Activations

  • Muscles (basic activation, action activation, vector activation)
  • Ligaments (basic activation, vector activation)
  • Bones
  • Fascia

Joint Actions

  • Choose a joint (eg Hip-Sacrum)
    • Choose a joint axis… (eg Hip fracktion)
      • Choose an action in that axis (eg [Hip] Front)
        • For each muscle link that drives that action…
          • Use the link to resist the opposite action
          • Use the link to drive the action
        • After each individual link activated…
          • loop the action’s drivers until they’re all driving the action
          • Loops the action’s resistors until they’re all resisting the action
          • Loop the action’s drivers with its resistors, until they all participate in the action
      • After the action fully activated
        • Repeat last three steps with opposite action
    • After the axis is fully activated
      • Repeat whole process with next axis
  • After a joint is fully activated
    • Repeat whole process with next joint

Muscle Chains

  • Skip Chains
    • Choose two bones that are one step separated (eg humerus & clavicle)
      • Choose an Axis of Rotation (eg Duction)
        • Choose an Action on that axis (e.g. Outduction)
          • Fully loop the drivers/resisters of that action for each bone
          • Chain
  • Resistance Chains
  • Zig Zag Chains
  • Reinforcement Chains

Level 5: Vectors

  • Joint Vector Activation
  • Joint Vector Integration

Level 6: Ligaments

  • Stretch vector activation
  • Ligaloops
